Shipping & Returns


All products will be shipped by the method that is selected by the purchaser of the product (heretofore referred to as "you" or "customer"). DIYembedded (heretofore referred to as "us" or "we") does not add insurance to the package, so unless the product is insured by the carrier for the shipping method selected, all shipments are uninsured. If insurance is desired, please contact us so we can arrange adding insurance to the shipment (the customer will pay for any desired insurance).

Estimated shipping times for packages are just that - estimates. DIYembedded does not guarantee carrier shipping times. We will try to get your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days, but there may be times that it takes longer than that. If any item in an order is backordered at the time of purchase, the entire order will be held at our office until all items can be shipped at the same time. If a you want to break the order into separate shipments, please contact us. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of all subsequent shipments in addition to the shipping cost of original shipment.

All orders shipped to Kentucky will be assessed 6% state sales tax.

In the case that a customer's package is being shipped to a country other than the United States, the customer is responsible for paying any fees required to get the package delivered to the destination address (this includes, but is not limited to, taxes, customs fees, duties, VAT, etc.). DIYembedded cannot be held responsible for packages being held up during shipping for any reason.


At the current time, we do not allow returns or exchanges in any circumstances. All products are tested and inspected before shipping. Please see the "Conditions of Use" page for details. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
